Registration for 2012 is online!

Step 1, complete the online registration or application, step 2, download the required physical exam or informed consent form, step 3, pay for camp and/or do a happy dance until camp starts.

NOTE: Registration and application forms need to be completed online, except for forms which require a doctor's signature or a notary, which should be mailed to Camp Quest.
